Every new workspace starts with 10 free tokens — no credit card required. You can explore the full product and run real work with those free tokens before you ever pay us anything. There is no trial clock, and your workspace is never locked or placed in read-only mode for non-payment.
CollectHQ is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. You buy tokens in one-time packs (current pack pricing is on our Pricing page), and tokens are spent only on the specific value actions listed there — such as running a random selection or generating an MIS report. Record-keeping, viewing, and editing are always free. Tokens do not expire.
Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel — simply stop buying tokens whenever you like. You keep access to your workspace and any remaining token balance. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; we retain your data for at least 30 days afterward, during which you may export anything you need before permanent deletion.
Token purchases are generally non-refundable once completed — you start with free tokens that let you evaluate the Service before buying, and tokens never expire, so any unused tokens simply remain in your balance until you use them.

We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are quickly resolved. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your workspace pending resolution.
